Got up early, did the breakfast thing. Got into work and had a bad cappacino and a good chat at Dulces with Barry. Then started getting into some whitepapers, then off to a fire saftey talk.

When I got back home at lunch I felt quite tired so I went for a power nap, I could only get up at 6 and then barely. My throat feels like it has razor blades in it and I swear my fever is contributing to the melting of the polar ice caps.

Damn it, I used to be healthy. No more all nighters after this. I am going to look after myself. I need to work.
