It would be to create two domains, arrange hosting for them and administer them. I would also need to create two websites. Ther would just need to display some static info, have a blog-like interface to post news, and have the ability to upload the latest newsletter.

It looks easy enough, but I have never done this for someone other than myself and am doubting my abilities. More importantly I am doubting wether I have the time.

Can any hardened web-coders out there give me some advice?
