It was an awesome meeting that was primarily focused on teacher training. How to train the teachers, what curriculum to use, what certification would come out of it, who needs training etc. I would have liked a bit more focus on getting computers and connectivity to the schools, but it seemed people didn't think this was going to happen.

So at then end of the 2 hr meeting we have decided to do some surveys to find out which schools have what equipment and which teachers have what skills. I am also going to do some work with Linux Lab and the Shuttleworth foundation to see what they can provide. I then hope to start fleecing tobacco companies, oild companies and alchohol companies for money, companies that need to have a good social face (those bastards). Then I will look at the European Union, which Alf thinks is a good idea and black empowerment companies such as the Kagiso trust.
