Following this post by Joat I thought something was up, it sounded too stupid. It seems it is just Microsoft's patch evaluation program. Basically some of their larger customers with whom they have a good realtionship get some patches earlier to help with testing compatability and stability. A lot of news sources have picked this up, it is just the media sensationalising again.
