Residence management and leadership structures have no accountability and performance reporting feedback mechanisms. The SRC wants them. The first meeting of the QoL working group went well. This is what we came up with.

- Frequency of survey.
- Who and How will results be collated and checked.
- Detail specific members to be surveyed and against what they will be surveyed (e.g. job profile).
- Discuss long-term improvement allowing for bad reviews from which to improve. i.e. Emphasise learning.
- Consult with existing stakeholders and Wardens to ensure a group up buy-in rather than upper management enforced.
