I have mostly written this.
It is pretty rough and needs some good rhetorical banging out. I am also quite unsure on the "Research Methodology" section.
Barry and I are meeting tomorrow at 4:15pm and he wants an abstract ready to be submitted to the ISSA as he won't be around on Friday. That will be a task for the morning as the proposal has solidifed some of my ideas.
In the meantime here is the very rough draft.
UPDATE: I have reworded a few sections and elaborated a bit on the others.
I have also sent an e-mail off to the ISSA requesting ore information as to what should be included in an abstract submitted for a short-paper/research in progress as I am a bit confused.
