From F-secure's blog. It seems Sober.Y has gone postal, mostly because the e-mails look have come from "FBI, CIA or from the German Bundeskriminalamt (BKA)." The FBI has an advisory. Batten down the patches! (I know there isn't a patch I just wanted to say that.)
